A Change in Course

The season is changing. Summer is over and autumn is here. The air is chilly in the morning and the afternoons are very comfortable.

I am in the middle of a new season. This is my first year in 32 years that I don't have our children in the home during the day. I am no longer teaching. I am now spending 2 1/2 hours a day in the car driving our last son to high school.

Hubbies doctors have little to offer us anymore so we aren't going to a different specialist every other day. I have had more time to study God's word. I am involved in a Beth Moore study of the book of Daniel and starting to read through the Bible again in 90 days.

I have come to realize that studying and blogging through Luke when I am studying Daniel everyday is not working. I want to do a good job blogging about God's word and I am not doing that for the book of Luke.
Starting tomorrow I will start blogging about Daniel. A fascinating book. Thanks for your understanding.
In Christ Alone,

Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning Satan says, "Oh crud, she's up".

  1. Dearest Jill, I am wishing that I could just borrow you for a short time! I would love to have you sit with me and have tea and enjoy the love of the Lord that is so beautiful for us! Praying you are blessed in this time of rest! Rest dear Sister, rest and linger in the sweetness of this season!
